Bandai Namco trademarks Burning Blood, Thousand Storm, and Slashy Souls in the U.S. and Europe

Added: 08.09.2015 16:17 | 39 views | 0 comments

Bandai Namco has filed three new trademarks in the United States and Europe. In Europe, the company filed a trademark for Burning Blood. Bandai Namcos Japanese subsidiary doesnt have a game that matches this title, but it does have the similarly subtitled Crows: Burning Edge in development for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita (pictured). In the United States, Bandai Namco trademarked the names Thousand Storm and Slashy Souls. The former was already trademarked in Japan. The latter sounds like it could be some sort of mobile Dark Souls spin-off. (But of course, this is just baseless speculation.) Bandai Namco also trademarked Sky Kid in Europe. In March, the game was re-released on the Wii U Virtual Console in North America and Japan. Perhaps this means a European release is on the way.

Johnny Ohm, GIZORAMA - "In May, 1804, Thomas Jefferson commissioned the Corps of Discovery, a special division of the United States Army, and tasked them with the exploration of the vast tracts of wilderness included in the Louisiana Purchase. Thousands of (light)years later, the new Corps of Discovery has ordered a group of scientists to make planetfall onto hitherto unknown celestial bodies, all in the name of discovery and profit. Corpse of Discovery, an indie walking simulator by Phosphor Games, places players in the midst of the expedition and delivers a compellingly mysterious story set against a backdrop of gloriously colorful planets."

Legend of Zelda Links Awakening DX Now Available in Spanish thanks to Fan Translation

Added: 23.08.2015 21:18 | 71 views | 0 comments

Carl Williams writes, "Most people forget that North America as a whole does not speak English. When you say North America most people think of the United States of America, that is fine but it is wrong. That is like thinking Brazil when someone says South America. It is a country in that region but it is not the whole region. That is why I am writing this article about the recent release of a patch for the Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening on the Game Boy and Game Boy Color to convert the text to Spanish."
